Visa® Debit Cards

To report a lost or stolen Visa Debit Card after normal business hours, please call (800) 472-3272. To report a lost or stolen card during normal business hours, please contact us at (207) 947-0374. To report a lost or stolen card while out of the country, call (973) 682-2652. 

If you received a call from our Fraud Department in reference to a Visa Debit Card transaction, you can reach them at (877) 253-8964. 

Visa Credit Cards

Should Our Best Visa Credit Card be declined after hours, please call (888) 526-0404 for transaction information. To report your Visa Credit Card lost or stolen after hours, please call (800) 682-6075 or to report a card lost or stolen while you’re out of the country, please call (206) 352-4950. You can report your card lost or stolen online by visiting www.reportmycard.com, or you can use Card Control within the Bangor Federal Mobile App to block your card. 

Update Your Contact Information

If you need to update your contact information that we have on file, feel free to print our Member Contact Change Form and return it by mail to: Bangor Federal Credit Union, ATTN: Member Service, PO Box 1161, Bangor, ME 04402-1161. You can also drop it off at any of our three locations or fax it to one of the the above-mentioned Fax Numbers.
