Visa®Debit Cards

To report a lost or stolen Visa Debit Card after normal business hours, please call 800.472.3272. To report a lost or stolen card during normal business hours, please contact us at 207.947.0374. To report a lost or stolen card while out of the country, call 973.682.2652. 

If you received a call from our Fraud Department in reference to a Visa Debit Card transaction, you can reach them at 833.735.1894. 

Visa®Credit Cards

Our after-hours support team is ready to assist you with your Visa Credit Card. Below are the phone numbers for each division.

  • To report a lost or stolen Visa Credit Card, please call 888.297.3416 or utilize the Card Control feature within the Bangor Federal Credit Union Mobile App to block the card.

  • To reach the Card Activation and PIN Management system for your Bangor Federal Visa Credit Card, call 800.290.7893 within the United States, or 206.624.7998 outside of the U.S.

  • If your Visa Credit Card is declined after hours, or you have questions concerning transactions, please call 800.547.2085.
